1. Introduction

Welcome to Vertex UI. By purchasing or using our products (including themes, addons, and software), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase or use our products. If you are under the age of 18, you must have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using our website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are securely processed through BuiltByBit. When you purchase a Vertex UI product, you agree to comply with BuiltByBit's terms and conditions regarding payment processing, delivery, and account security. Vertex UI is not responsible for payment failures or disputes handled by BuiltByBit.

4. Licensing and Distribution

License Grant: Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You do not own the software; rather, you have a license to use it under these terms.
No Redistribution: You are strictly forbidden from reselling, redistributing, or "leaking" any files or assets purchased from us. This includes sharing license keys or modified binaries.
Security: You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or reverse-engineer any license management or security systems integrated into our products.
Modifications: You may modify the source code for your personal or network use, but these modifications do not grant you any redistribution rights.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our website and products only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

Engaging in unauthorized scraping, hacking, or interfering with our services.
Using our products to facilitate illegal activities or violate the rights of others.
Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information during purchase.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once software has been downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless required by law. Opening a dispute or chargeback via PayPal or any payment provider will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your license and a ban from our support platforms.

7. Support

We provide technical support exclusively through our official Discord server. Support is only guaranteed for unmodified versions of our software running on official Pterodactyl versions listed as "supported" on the product page. We do not provide support for custom code modifications or third-party conflicts.

8. Availability and Maintenance

We strive for maximum uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or license validation systems. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance or updates. Vertex UI is not liable for any downtime, data loss, or server interruptions that may occur.

9. Intellectual Property

All content including software, logos, graphics, and text is the intellectual property of Vertex UI. Unauthorized copying, derivative works, or use of our assets without written permission is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to our services immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, our License Agreement, or engage in any fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

11. Changes to Terms

Vertex UI may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. We will notify users of any material changes via our Discord server or website announcements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of our products are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled exclusively by the competent courts within that jurisdiction.
